10 Minutes Cook Clam

I like clam,Clam is not only delicious, but it also has lots of nutrition. It can balance blood fat, prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, treat asthma, and so on. Clam with thin shell contains lots of protein, iron, calcium, and other nutrition. It is the best to eat clam during March and August, because during these time clam is big and thick and delicious. There are many ways to eat clam. People live nearby the sea like to eat pickled clam. Wash off the sticky outside of the clam and get the water out of it. Then, put it into a container and add salt and Chinese wine, then seal the container and let it pickle for one week. After one week, you can eat it with several slices of garlic. This dish can reserve for a long time and smells very good.

Ingredients:

Clam – 1 lb
Green onion
Garlic – 4 slices
Chili – 2

Seasoning:

Chicken essence
Chinese wine
Sugar
Sesame oil
Chinese prickly ash water

Procedure:

 
1.  Prepare ingredients. Sink the clams in salty water for half-a-day because it contains dirt. Then, wash them thoroughly.

2.  Boil water in the pot, and then add one spoon of Chinese wine. Put in cleaned clam, but take it out right after you put it in.

3.  Prepare other ingredients. Chop the green onion and chili. Grind the garlic.
4.  Add some oil in the pot, and then add grinded garlic and green onion. Fry.

5.  Add in clam and chili. Fry again.

6.  Fry until you can smell the flavor. Then, pour in one bowl of Chinese prickly ash water, chicken essence, and some salt. Turn the stove to small heat and stew.

7.  Stew until the clam soup turns a little white. Pour in Chinese wine and sesame oil. Stew two more minutes, and then turn off the heat.

8.  Enjoy with some wine, it's the most wanted in summer!
