Raisin Walnut Bread

As I mentioned in my previous post, my father likes to make bread. He likes to add raisin and walnut, because he thinks we should eat more healthy.


Ingredients:
  • Low-gluten flour 500grams
  • Sugar 20grams
  • Salt 8grams
  • Yeast 3grams
  • Water 300ml
  • Walnut 50grams
  • Raisin 100grams
Procedures:


1. Pour water into the flour. Mix with sugar, salt, and yeast until the surface is smooth. Add in walnut and raisin.



2. Ferment the bread at the temperature of 28℃ for 40 minutes.

3. Roll the bread dough until it's round, then put it into the oven plate.



4. Sprinkle some flour evenly on the bread.


5. Cut the surfaces to the pattern you want.

6. Pur into the oven at the temperature of 220℃ for 45minutes.
